Workday Training & Enablement Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workday Training & Enablement Lead to support a large healthcare provider through ongoing Workday adoption and optimization. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for all training and certification activities, ensuring clinical, operational, and administrative teams are equipped with the knowledge needed to effectively leverage Workday.

In this role, you will manage the organization’s use of Workday Community as the primary training and certification platform, aligning learning paths to specific workstreams such as HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will partner closely with leadership and functional stakeholders to identify certification needs, drive user readiness, and maximize the value of pre-purchased training resources. This position is critical to building internal capability, supporting change management efforts, and ensuring a smooth and sustainable Workday enablement strategy across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Administer and manage the Workday Community training environment

·       Evaluate team members to determine certification eligibility and alignment

·       Coordinate and facilitate certification enrollment and tracking

·       Own and manage training tracks across multiple workstreams

·       Allocate and distribute pre-purchased training credits effectively

·       Act as a liaison between leadership and delivery teams to ensure training progress and accountability

Ideal Profile:

·       Strong organizational and coordination skills

·       Familiarity with Workday training/certification processes (preferred)

·       Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

·       Process-driven with a focus on execution and follow-through
