SharePoint Engineer

The Senior Microsoft Certified SharePoint Engineer is responsible for leading the architecture, migration, and modernization of enterprise SharePoint environments, with a primary focus on migrating SharePoint On‑Premises platforms to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). This role serves as a technical authority, providing strategic guidance, hands‑on leadership, and best‑practice governance to ensure secure, scalable, and user‑centric cloud solutions.

Required Qualifications
• Microsoft certification in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Teamwork Administrator Associate).
• Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint, including enterprise‑scale environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple SharePoint On‑Premises to SharePoint Online migrations.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, modern sites, hub sites, permissions, and search.
• Strong experience with PowerShell, including PnP PowerShell.
• In‑depth understanding of Microsoft 365 integration points, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing and supporting hybrid SharePoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform solutions and workflow modernization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance and information protection features.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
