Senior .NET Full‑Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full‑Stack Developer with strong experience building scalable, secure, and high‑performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, SQL Server, Microservices, Azure, and modern front‑end frameworks. This role involves designing end‑to‑end solutions, modernizing legacy systems, optimizing performance, and contributing to cloud‑native architectures across financial, banking, or enterprise domains.

The developer will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver mission‑critical applications with high availability, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & API Development

• Architect, design, and develop ASP.NET Core, C#, and RESTful Web APIs for enterprise‑grade applications.
• Build and maintain microservices supporting high‑volume transaction processing and multi‑system integrations.
• Modernize legacy monolithic applications into cloud‑ready .NET Core microservices.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization using JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, and industry best practices.
• Optimize API performance, reduce latency, and ensure high throughput for real‑time systems.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using Blazor, React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure cross‑browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Integrate front‑end applications with backend APIs and cloud services.

Database Engineering

• Design and optimize relational databases using SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and indexing strategies.
• Improve data performance, reliability, and consistency across transactional systems.

Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD

• Deploy and manage applications on Azure (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, SQL, Monitoring).
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment workflows.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using Application Insights, ELK, Serilog, etc.

System Architecture & Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI‑DSS, GDPR, and internal security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve system uptime, and reduce MTTR.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in .NET Full‑Stack development.
• Strong expertise in:
  • C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core
  • SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL, or Oracle
  • React, Angular, Blazor, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud‑native development
• Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and TDD.
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial, banking, payments, or risk‑management systems.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data analytics, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with DevOps, GitOps, container orchestration, and cloud automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Application Insights, ELK, Grafana, Splunk).
