Databricks administrator

Job description: A Databricks administrator who is familiar with ETL processes and analyzing datasets with AI models is needed to ensure the platform is secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business analytics needs. This role supports workspace administration, access management, cluster configuration, job scheduling, data pipeline monitoring, and troubleshooting across complex ETL workflows. Because AI model analysis depends on accurate, timely, and well-structured data, the administrator must understand how datasets are ingested, transformed, validated, and prepared for machine learning and advanced analytics use cases. A key end goal is to improve capacity management and performance by optimizing compute resources, monitoring workload demand, reducing inefficiencies, tuning jobs and clusters, and ensuring the Databricks environment can scale effectively while controlling operational risk and cost.
