We’re looking for a high-energy leader with excellent communication skills who has experience delivering large-scale Salesforce and AI initiatives, ideally within a large financial institution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce and AI program delivery from planning through implementation and production support
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and SAFe, including PI Planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies
- Partner with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Architecture, Security, and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive communications across multiple workstreams
- Build executive dashboards and delivery metrics using Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to provide program insights
- Support Salesforce platform initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, APIs, security, and release management
- Collaborate on AI initiatives leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and AI-powered workflow automation
- Work with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT
- Ensure successful testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing delivery governance
Preferred Experience:
- Strong Agile Program or Delivery Management experience with Scrum and SAFe
- Experience leading Salesforce implementations and enterprise CRM transformations
- AI program delivery experience and familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein
- Experience deploying Salesforce within large enterprise or financial services environments
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
The interview process consists of 2 rounds (30 minutes followed by a 45-minute interview).
